Shipping Options * FREE Standard US Ground Shipping for orders over $69 (3-7 business days) * Premium US Ground Shipping with Simple Flat Rate $6.95 (2-6 business days) * US 2nd Day Air (2-5 days) - Rates vary depending on your location. Shipping rate is shown at checkout (not available for P.O. Boxes) We ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and others. (Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS) * International Shipping (7-14 days) - We ship internationally. Flat rate of $17.95 for first item, only $1 added for each additional items. **Delivery Time** Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. ** Processing Time** We process your order on the same day within business hours. If you order before 10 A.M EST, and the shipping carrier is still available, we will ship your order out immediately on the same day. Otherwise we will ship your order on next business day as soon as the shipping carrier is available. Processing time may vary depending on the items and the shipping carrier availability. ** Tracking Shipment** We provide a tracking number for every items we ship out to our customers. If you receive an email with the tracking number, the package is already shipped and in transit. However, it may take a day or two for the tracking number to be updated in the shipping carrier system. Returns Policy You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If your package is returned to Macysperfume.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 re-shipping fee.
